We're here to make sure you leave feeling completely refreshed and pampered! Please note that we have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you need to make any changes or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit. Cancellation Policy
48-Hour Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early if you have not completed your online intake form.
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows within 48 hours will be charged 100% of the service price to the card on file.
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late is considered a no-show and will be charged in full.
